The series El Amor No Tiene Cura, produced by Albereda Films, has earned five pre-nominations at the India Catalina Awards, including Best Supporting Actress (Laura Torres), Best Breakthrough Actress (Andrea Álvarez), Best Director (Luis Vanegas), Best Cinematography (Camilo Buitrago), and Best Score (Andrés Vanegas). This recognition highlights the team’s talent and the production’s quality.

The series explores the deep impact of conversion therapy centers on the LGBTQ+ community, standing out for its powerful message and strong production values. After winning the Regiones sin Límites grant, it received support from the TIC Ministry , allowing it to grow into a high-impact series.

With additional backing from Canal TRO, the series has gained significant visibility in the Colombian and Latin American film industry, ensuring its message reaches a wider, more diverse audience.
